Who are we?
Stichting Medewerkers Bewust (Chamber of Commerce 86494244) is based in Oss, Netherlands. We are responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.
What data do we collect?
For the newsletter and contact form, we collect information you provide, such as your name, email address and contact details. Our internal Google Ads integration also processes the Google data described below.
What do we use your data for?
We use contact details for our inspiration PDF and to respond to messages. We do not sell this data. We use KIT for the newsletter and Hostinger for the website and email. The use of Google data by our internal management tool is described separately below.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is sent via KIT (formerly ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email. After unsubscribing, your data will be deleted.
Cookies
Our website only uses technically necessary cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies that collect personal data.

Internal Google Ads integration
Medewerkersbewust Google Ads Manager is our internal management tool. An authorised administrator grants permission through Google to access Google Ads and read Google Analytics reports. Visitors and employees do not need to connect their Google accounts. This integration does not request permission to read individual employee or health records.
Which Google data do we use?
The tool processes campaign data, including names, status, budget, costs, impressions, clicks and conversions. It uses aggregated page and visitor reports from Google Analytics. We use this data for campaign reporting and campaign management. The integration also requests an access token so the administrator does not need to sign in for every request.
Storage in the management tool
The tool temporarily holds reports in the memory of the process running it. The current settings allow the tool to reuse Ads reports for 15 minutes and Analytics reports for 5 minutes without a new request. These are cache reuse settings, not retention periods: expired data may remain in process memory until cleanup or the tool stops. Drive copies and technical output are outside this cache. The tool has no report database of its own. The access token is stored in the protected configuration of the management tool. Technical output may include errors and aggregated campaign totals. The administrator uses the tool only on his Mac.
Reports in Google Drive
The administrator stores reports in his Google Drive and does not share them with other people. Google processes these stored files as the provider of Google Drive. The reports support the foundation’s work for other foundations, charities and community initiatives. These copies are separate from the temporary cache: they remain in Drive until the administrator deletes them. For requests about a stored report, contact hallo@medewerkersbewust.nl.
Revoking access and deleting data
An administrator can revoke access for Medewerkersbewust Google Ads Manager through connections to apps and services in their Google account. The tool can then no longer retrieve new reports with that permission. Stop the tool to clear its temporary memory cache and remove the access token from the configuration. For questions about data or copies, contact hallo@medewerkersbewust.nl. Stopping the tool or revoking Google access does not delete reports from Google Drive. The administrator must delete these copies separately.
