How much does a quiz or workshop cost?
Our time and content are free: that's what we stand for as a foundation. The only thing we can't fully cover ourselves are travel costs for sessions further away, because fuel and parking are real expenses for a volunteer-driven organisation too. Beyond 50 km we ask for a small contribution; within that radius, nothing. No commitments, no subscription, no small print.
Why should I book you?
We've delivered hundreds of quizzes and workshops for foundations, NGOs and non-profits. The format is professional, the content solid, and your participants leave with a good feeling. We work from a foundation mission, not for profit.
Is a site inspection needed?
For pub quizzes, yes. Three to four weeks ahead we visit to test wifi and check the venue. For workshops this is usually not needed. Inspection takes up to 1 hour.
How much time will it cost me as the organiser?
About 3 to 5 hours total: initial contact, picking a topic, hosting the site inspection, e-mail to participants, and a short intro on the day itself. We take as much off your plate as we can.
Which topics can we cover?
Online safety, ambassadorship, wellbeing, Visual Hooks, workload. We tailor the content to your sector and audience. Got a different topic in mind? Feel free to propose it.
Can the session take place at an external location?
Yes. Office, meeting venue, cafe, event hall: all work, as long as the wifi is solid and there's enough room. Many organisations pick an external venue because participants are more relaxed there.
Can a quiz serve as a kick-off for a campaign?
Absolutely. Many organisations use a pub quiz as the kick-off of an internal awareness campaign. Workshops, Visual Hooks or newsletters then keep the topic alive.
What is your service area?
All of the Netherlands. Sometimes Belgium and Germany too. For distances over 120 km we discuss travel costs and logistics up front.
What about sound, visuals and atmosphere?
We bring good AV: microphones, speakers, videos, music between rounds and an award ceremony with a smile. We take care of the technical side completely.
What do participants need to bring?
A smartphone with enough battery and the Kahoot app (or similar). Plus a good mood.
How many people can take part?
Technically unlimited, but for the best experience we recommend a maximum of 50 to 60 people per session. With larger groups it becomes less interactive.
How long does a quiz or workshop last?
A pub quiz lasts about 1.5 hours, plus 10 to 15 minutes for the award ceremony. A workshop runs 1 to 2 hours, depending on depth and group size.
How quickly can you schedule a session?
Our calendar often runs several months ahead and many dates are already reserved. So get in touch as early as possible via the contact page. Mention a few preferred weeks in your message, then we'll find the next date that fits. We always check for last-minute slots, but don't count on them.
