Stichting Medewerkers Bewust is a Dutch nonprofit foundation that helps organizations and charities raise employee awareness.
Our mission
We believe that aware employees form the foundation of every healthy organization. Whether it's online safety, workplace wellbeing or professional ambassadorship, we help organizations bring these topics to the table. In a way that's fun, accessible and always free.
Founder of the foundation
At many organisations I saw the same question: how do you bring an awareness topic across in a short, light-hearted way, and still achieve long-term retention?
That is what the foundation stands for. A pub quiz, workshop or visual that just lands. No long theory sessions, just real impact.
I do not do this alone. A dedicated team of volunteers supports me on every assignment, each with their own expertise and passion for the mission.
